Sa Schironada restaurant is born from the initiative of its owner Maurizio Dedoni. Originally from Gergei, a small ancient village in the Sardinian territory of Trexenta, and descended from a historic family of restaurateurs, Maurizio inherited his passion for agro-pastoral culture, for agriculture, its products, their genuineness.  In 2008, after eight years of experience with Su Cumbidu, in Cagliari the first typical restaurant based on meats only, he started as an entrepreneur initiating this activity in the heart of the Marina, a historic district of Cagliari overlooking the port. Typical Sardinian restaurant, Sa Schironada stands out for the quality of the selected products, for the authenticity of the proposed recipes, made with carefully selected raw materials.
